Started in 1996 with a humble beginning as Anderson Media & Communication Institute, after a series of evolvements, today the Institute of Leadership and Development Communication (ILDC) is a conglomerate of best professionals focused to train future and current leaders to lead in a constantly changing, interconnected and complex world to be professional achievers.

ILDC includes programs and workshops designed for leaders at all levels. Customized programs designed for your organization can be delivered as well-tailored strategically to meet the needs of your leaders and organizations. What makes our programs unique and distinguishes us from the others is inquiry-based learning which emphasizes generative dialogue and visioning. We take a learner-center approach that focuses on questions, critical thinking, creativity, and future focus with an emphasis on interpersonal development designed to engage the leadership potential in each person.  We design programs for specific organizational needs, from executive teams to governing boards to next-level leaders. ILDC also provides additional support services to assist Government organizations, NGOs, Corporates, Business houses, Educational institutes, Health & Medical organizations, CBOs, Faith based organizations, and individuals to design empowered leadership development, design business strategies, creative thinking, set goals and plan to achieve their desired outcomes building upon their strengths, opportunities, skills, and aspirations.
